SHIPPING POLICY- We ships and delivers any whwere in india,all your products for delivery at your door step with our courier partner within stipulated time.You will be notified all details with sms and tracking is available at mintindia order page.We cant change the shipping address once the order is shipped.
Refund / Returns is a scheme directly provided by the seller in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the seller to the Buyer(s). All items listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.
The sellers at Mintindia.in accept returns. Buyer can return items in the original packaging within 15 days of the purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since the purchase, refund or an exchange may not be offered.
Upon receipt of the returned item, Seller will examine the item and notify Buyer via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether Buyer is entitled to a return or exchange. If Buyer is entitled to a return, he will get the refund of the purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to the buyer original method of payment. Mintindia.in only ask that the Buyer should not use the item(s) and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

Cancellation

An action to purchase once undertaken cannot be withdrawn. Purchases cannot be cancelled. By purchasing an item, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of the User Agreement or unlawful.
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. With in 15 days of purchase with receipt or proof of purchase
If paid by credit or Debit card , refunds will be issued to the original credit or Debit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway then payments refund will be made to the original mode of payment account.
